  • Planning and organization of trip by a Travelogs International representative

  • Round-trip chartered motorcoach transportation between Hamburg and New York City

  • Accommodations for three nights, with participants four to a room

  • Three breakfasts at the hotel

  • One dinner

  • Local New York City guide on days two and three

  • Sightseeing as listed; including required admissions

  • Rockette's Christmas Spectacular ticket ($150 factored into the price, ticket is pending confirmation, this ticket is non-refundable)

  • All hotel/restaurant taxes and gratuities

  • Security at the hotel each night for six hours

  • Gratuities to the guide

  • Gratuities to the bus driver

Not Included:

  • Meals other than those listed

  • Baggage handling

  • Items of a personal nature

  • Incidentals incurred at the hotel

Cancellation Policy:

Between time of registration and September 20:

Penalty $50


Between September 21 and September 24 : 

Penalty $250


Between September 25 and November 11:  

Penalty 50% of program fee (or deposit, whichever is greater) + the cost of the Rockette's ticket which is non-refundable


After November 11: 

No refund


The program participant shall notify Travelogs International Inc., NOT the group leader, in writing of any cancellation. Any cancellations resulting in refunds must be made in writing to Travelogs International, 4909 Transit Road, Suite 3, Depew, NY 14043 or to sales@travelogsinternational.com. 


The amount of your refund will be determined by the postmark, fax, or email date of the written notice of cancellation. Refund checks or a refund to the credit card that was used for payment will be issued/made within four weeks of cancellation.


The Standard Participant Cancellation Policy is in effect REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION, including disciplinary action taken by the school, unexpected illness, or cancellation of the entire group for any reason. Any non-refundable payments made by Travelogs International Inc. for the group are always non-refundable to program participants. Tickets for certain activities (theatre, sporting events, museums, historical sites, meal reservations, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased by Travelogs International Inc. The cost of any non-refundable payment or activity is added to any stated administrative fees. Neither Travelogs International Inc. nor the school/organization is financially responsible for any charges to program participants for cancelled trips due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall be defined as uncontrollable weather related events, natural disaster, fire, flood, general strike, war, armed conflict, terrorist attack, domestic/international pandemic or nuclear or chemical contamination, or domestic/international emergencies. In addition, Travelogs International Inc. shall charge a non-refundable administrative fee to each participant for work already performed on the group’s behalf by the time of cancellation. Those fees are determined by the final cost of the trip as well as the time of cancellation. A full explanation of administrative fees are explained on the Terms and Conditions page.

Depart Hamburg High School early this morning for New York City.

Meal/rest stops (individual’s expense) will be coordinated between the teacher chaperones and the bus drivers.

Upon arrival in New York City, you will go directly to Times Square where you will have free time for shopping and sightseeing in small groups.

Dinner (individual’s expense) in Times Square before walking to Rockefeller Center as a group to see the world-famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree!

Depart for your hotel to check in and remain for the evening.

December 4

BREAKFAST at the hotel.

Board your chartered motorcoaches and depart for Radio City Music Hall where you will meet your guides and attend the Rockettes’ Christmas Spectacular show (pending confirmation).

After the show you will visit Grand Central Station followed by shopping and sightseeing on Fifth Avenue.

Lunch (individual’s expense) will be directed by the guides and teacher chaperones.

After time for shopping and sightseeing you will reassemble and continue on to Central Park.

Continue on to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

After time at the Met you will continue on to Times Square/Rockefeller Center.

Dinner (individual’s expense) in Times Square.

Board your chartered motorcoaches and depart for your hotel where you will remain for the evening.

December 5

BREAKFAST at the hotel.

Board your chartered motorcoaches and depart for the One World Observatory for a panoramic view of the city.

After your visit, continue on to the September 11th Memorial and Museum. This museum serves as the country’s principal institution concerned with exploring 9/11’s continuing significance.

Continue on to the Chinatown/Little Italy area for lunch (individual’s expense) and shopping time.

DINNER this evening at Carmine’s Times Square.

Last minute shopping in Times Square/Bryant Park. Return to your hotel and remain for the evening.

BREAKFAST at the hotel.

Check out; board your chartered motorcoaches and depart for Liberty State Park where you will board the first available ferry for Liberty Island for a close-up view of the Statue of Liberty.

After some time at Liberty Island, return to Liberty State Park.

Board your chartered motorcoaches and depart for Hamburg High School.

Meal/rest stops (individual’s expense) will be coordinated between the teacher chaperones and the bus drivers.

Evening arrival back at Hamburg High School.
