- Planning and organization of your trip by a Travelogs International representative

- Round trip motorcoach transportation between Elma and Quebec City

- Accommodations for three nights, with students in rooms of four and the chaperones in twins

Cancellation Policy:

Between time of registration and October 13:

Penalty $50


Between October 14 and November 12: 

Penalty $250


Between November 13 and December 31:  

Penalty 50% of program fee (or deposit, whichever is greater)


After December 31: 

No refund


The program participant shall notify Travelogs International Inc., NOT the group leader, in writing of any cancellation. Any cancellations resulting in refunds must be made in writing to Travelogs International, 4909 Transit Road, Suite 3, Depew, NY 14043 or to sales@travelogsinternational.com. 


The amount of your refund will be determined by the postmark, fax, or email date of the written notice of cancellation. Refund checks or a refund to the credit card that was used for payment will be issued/made within four weeks of cancellation.


The Standard Participant Cancellation Policy is in effect REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION, including disciplinary action taken by the school, unexpected illness, or cancellation of the entire group for any reason. Any non-refundable payments made by Travelogs International Inc. for the group are always non-refundable to program participants. Tickets for certain activities (theatre, sporting events, museums, historical sites, meal reservations, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased by Travelogs International Inc. The cost of any non-refundable payment or activity is added to any stated administrative fees. Neither Travelogs International Inc. nor the school/organization is financially responsible for any charges to program participants for cancelled trips due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall be defined as uncontrollable weather related events, natural disaster, fire, flood, general strike, war, armed conflict, terrorist attack, domestic/international pandemic or nuclear or chemical contamination, or domestic/international emergencies. In addition, Travelogs International Inc. shall charge a non-refundable administrative fee to each participant for work already performed on the group’s behalf by the time of cancellation. Those fees are determined by the final cost of the trip as well as the time of cancellation. A full explanation of administrative fees are explained on the Terms and Conditions page.

Depart Elma early this morning via chartered motorcoach for Quebec City. Meal/rest stops (individual’s expense) will be coordinated between the chaperones and the bus driver. 


Estimated late afternoon arrival at your hotel. Meet your guide and check in. 


Enjoy DINNER this evening in Old Quebec, followed by a brief orientation walking tour around the Upper Town. 


Return to your hotel and remain for the evening.

Friday

Breakfast (individual’s expense) as directed by your guide. 


Begin sightseeing this morning with your guided walking tour of Old and New Quebec, including Dufferin Terrace; Place Royale and the Quartier Champlain, the site where the town was settled originally in 1608; the French and Latin Quarters; and the Plains of Abraham, a 235-acre stretch of greenery where the English General Wolfe did battle with the French general, the Marquis de Montcalm. 


At midday you will depart for the Ice Hotel and the Village Vacances Valcartier (winter sports park). Upon arrival you will have a guided tour of the Ice Hotel. After your tour you will enjoy the rest of the afternoon at the snow park with tubing, ice skating (individual’s expense and weather permitting) and rafting on snow. Lunch (individual’s expense) at the food court at the park. 


Depart the park early this evening for your hotel to change. 


Depart your hotel this evening for a Quebec Remparts hockey game. Dinner (individual’s expense) at the game. 


Return to your hotel after the game and remain for the evening.

January 24

This morning you will depart Old Quebec for a visit to the Beaupre Coast, where you will stop at Chez Marie for BREAKFAST and a chance to sample her home baked bread and maple butter, and at Atelier Pare (woodcarver’s shop). 


You will also visit the shrine of Ste-Anne de Beaupre, a destination of millions of pilgrims from all over the world. Depart for Old Quebec. 


Enroute to Old Quebec you will stop at Montmorency Falls, more than one and a half times the height of Niagara Falls! 


Lunch (individual’s expense) as directed by your guide in Old Quebec. 


After lunch you will board your chartered motorcoach and continue on to your dogsledding/snowshoeing adventure at Passion Husky! Everyone will have an opportunity to drive a two-person sled pulled by huskies or malamutes, dogs traditionally known for their resistance to cold weather conditions. 


After your dogsledding/snowshoeing adventure you will depart for Old Quebec where you will enjoy some time for shopping and sightseeing in small groups as directed by your guide. 


This evening you will travel just outside of Quebec City to a sugar shack, where you will enjoy a traditional Quebecois farmhouse DINNER


Return to your hotel after dinner and remain for the evening.

Check out of your hotel and depart for Elma. Meal/rest stops (individual’s expense) will be coordinated between the chaperones and the bus driver.
